Passes are priced at 10 for 500MB, 15 for 1GB, and 45 for an extra 3GB. Signup with an existing account doesn’t work. Customers can then purchase a Data Top Up pass, which gives subscribers extra data to pad out the remainder of the month (and can also roll over to the next billing cycle). A useless error message displays telling you nothing. Transferring a number is broken in the app. You follow the instructions and the number seems to be transferred. Open the app again and it will ask if you want to complete the number transfer again. It asks you to login to speak to a customer service rep, sends you to the login screen, the login screen sees you are logged in and sends you back to the chat. The chat asks you to login again and it’s starts again. Customer service is not setup for this app. I called customer service and it immediately tells me to use the broken in app chat because the number is associated with a solo account. I try chatting on their website chat, after finally understanding I have a solo account they tell me to call sales. Sales isn’t 24/7, so I wait the entire weekend, call sales they tell me they can’t help over the phone and offer to send me back to customer service or to go to a physical location, wait forever and they probably can’t even fix it there because they have no training for their employees for the Solo program. I tried really hard to make this work and Cspire failed me.
